A Few days cycling in holland?

Afternoon,
wondered if anyone had a starting place to work out a two day cycling route. Since I live near the North Shields to Amsterdam ferry i'd like to take that to holland on a thursday/friday night and get off in amsterdam for a few days cycling with an over night stay before heading back to the ferry then home.
was wondering if there were any good routes or something worth cycling towards for my over night stay.

These operate all year round if you are going now... too easy with too many stop starts & not enough miles but very very enjoyable nevertheless....
If staying in Amsterdam the train from Amsterdam can get you to many major towns within an hour .jc0
