Rise and shine Maggots,
Up early to watch the Japanese GP and catch a little bit of the S.A. vs. Australia rugby match
Off to Cannock later to get the bike and my good self well dirty, it should be a mud fest after three days of rain.
Wishing you all a good Sunday

Just contemplating getting up.
Puissance was exciting last night, 2 riders won after clearing 7'3". That's a bit high.
Today I am going for a plod round some woods on a big horse, wishing I was doing a jumping lesson but the leg isn't up to it yet.
Then it's off to DE to see THP and have lunch.
Quite a marvellous weekend really
Kisses

Bad Luck dude!
Epic Fail of a morning, to use some forum geek speak. Left the game half way through the second half to try and catch the club run, rather larger hangover then I was intending, failed to get to meet on time, tried to link together an interesting ride and just ended up getting cold, wet and pissed off!!!
Should have just stayed in bed in front of the telly!!We're in danger of confusing passion with incompetence

Morning all
Want to ride today but won't have time to ride and clean the bike, meaning it will sit filthy and manky in the shed for a month or so before I'm back next... might take the roadie out instead. There'll be a few club rides out this morning, might head out in the baggies and DH jersey to see how many disapproving looks I get.

Greetings again maggots
So, SA out of the rugby world cup and Vettel the 2012 word champion, what a morning of sports, the paints worn off the 1 & 3 buttons on my remote! To make it even more interesting, I had my [non-Windows, 13 inch, unibody, aluminium] laptop on my knee too whilst watching the game and race.
After all the sport, I decided to embark is some high risk activity and bathed my cat Milo. I'll have a camera at the ready next time as he climbs up the bathroom tiles by finding grip in the grouting between the tiles. Spidercat! He does this while hissing and growling while I shampoo him as well as rinse him off with the hand shower.
Risky business, I'm waiting for the scratches to stop bleeding, then I'll jump into the shower
I may [or may not] venture to Cannock today. If I do it'll be a bag of laughs after the rain. Be a good excuse to test the Panaracer Rampage tyres in pure mud :¬)0 -

Couldn't drag myself out of bed for either Rugby or F1, since England are out of one and Vettel was bound to win the other. Now supping coffee and preparing for the sheer tedium of in-laws visiting  Hopefully I'll at least get a blast in on the roadie tonight (can't face even more MTB washing) and pray for no more rain before Tuesdays night ride at Bedgebury"I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered."
