FOUND in Richmond Park - White cycling jacket

I found a white assos XL windbreaker / light waterproof on my ride in Richmond Park today. Looks like it fell out of someone's jersey pocket.

One distinguishing feature is that the zipp is missing so perhaps it was just abandoned but I thought I'd check anyway.
