Readers and Riders,

I'm in the market for a new road bike. I've visited my local bike shops and they all offer the same in-house service (fitting, service, etc.) and they all carry different models of bikes.

My budget is $2500 for the Bike and Pedals. I've narrowed down my choices to the following (preferrably 2012 models, but 2011s are good too):

Scott Foil 40
Scott CR1 Team
Felt Z5
Specialized Allez EVO Rival Mid-Compact
Trek Madone 4.5

Any advice is greatly appreciated on these selections. These bikes are readily available at my bike shops, that's why I'm sticking to these options.

I've already chosen my accessories (computer, helmet, shoes, etc.) :D

Thanks.
