Temporary banning

I logged on a few minutes ago to try to post an item on the Steve Jobs tyhread and when I hit the submit button it said I was banned and to contact the administrators. I tried to log in again and it still said I was banned, I stopped and restarted IE still banned. I was in the process of emailing in asking why I had been banned and looked for names to send my email to when I gave it another go and got in.
Was this a techical issue at your end?

You have a floating IP - very likely one that you used when logged in was in a banned range. Hopefully will be ok now!
