I ordered a bmx for my son from these. only to find after - that this bike didn't take stunt pegs. - I phoned merlin to cancel the order - got through straight away - the conversation took about a minute - full refund no problems - money back on my card within 48 hours.

I know all this should happen - but so many dealers make a song and dance, cancellation fees, - 14 days to process the refund etc.

Merlin are excellent - and expanding it seems. I do hope the quick, precise and what feels like personal service doesn't disappear

I've found them to be fantastic. Really quick delivery these days and if there are any problems they sort it out fast with no fuss. Recently I've been trying to buy some wheels and had some damaged ones delivered on 2 occasions (sealed boxes from the factory - nothing to do with Merlin). They have collected and replaced or refunded and been friendly and efficient doing it. Credit where credit's due - I'll be shopping there again.

Agreed. Any issues I've had have always been sorted out so quickly. Building custom wheels doesn't take them very long either. In fact if they had a biiger range iId probably buy more form them. I wouldn't want this at the expense of there good customer service.
