I changed the angle of the stem too so no haters please! :)

The bike fit I had at Spesh in Birmingham put it at +16 degrees which I was never keen on and as a few people 'mentioned' it when I posted a shot with my previous wheels on a couple of weeks ago, I changed the shim so it's now only +8. Still comfortable so I may flip it to -8 in time if I can get a bit more flexible....

Wheels were on special at CycleShow so it would have been rude not to, no? ;)

Prefer these to the C35's I had recently bought and fitted as they're more white with no red so they'll suit a lot more bike frames when I come to upgrade (likely next year).

The C35's are for sale in the classifieds if anyone's interested.

Thank you! A sensible person who flips his stem instead of having a ludicrously large spacer tower. Far better structurally and arguably better aesthetically too.

aesthetically still not as good as a non-flipped stem, but i'd agree compared to a metre of spacers some people put on!

    nice bike too :)

You might want to move the hoods lower down on the bars at the same time as you flip the stem.
  • Lovely bike! But I am biased as I have a Tarmac, too... Have pimped mine with new wheels as well.
