    I love what the local council person has said, it was a event people entered into, dealing with a chili contest. Can't really put the blame on the restaurant, when it is their choice to take part in it.

    It's like punching yourself in the face and blaming God for giving you hands.

    The restaurant will be loving this though...people will be flocking to take on the challenge. I know if I was in Scotland, I would (when it comes to Indian food, if you can do the time, you do the crime).
