Chipped drop-outs?

Need some advice please....badly chipped paint around my drop-outs putting wheels back on,is there a special type of paint to cover damage or will it be ok?

    Gloss for 70s look, satin for 90s.

    Alternatively, if you do a lot of running from the corrupt Federalis, use emulsion - you can wash it off when you've managed to burn them off and repaint it with another colour to disguise your bike and they'll never know it was you they were chasing.

    You can use Humbrol enamel paints that you use for modelling kits.

    If it's just restricted to the dropouts themselves I wouldn't bother, it'll just chip off again and it might look worse, i.e. obviously touched up. Painted dropouts inevitably chip really, it's normal.
