... to misquote Carole King
Having managed to make the most of the recent spell of glorious weather I have just returned home from following my 2nd hernia op.Following the first one, four months ago i was off the bike for nearly two months. I had just about regained some modicum of fitness when the darn thing reoccurred.
Looking at the positives and given that it was rather cool , raining and very windy when i came out of the hospital a few hours ago, if i can't ride the bike for a while then at least I'm not missing the glorious warm sunshine and dry roads.
