I see her quite often, we live quite close and walk our dogs in the same park. I dont "like" her and she is bloody annoying on a night out, but she is incredibly fit, and spends all her time in a pretty crap Fitness First we have.
and as Abra said its the first thing shes done that you couls say well done, but now go and have a good wash and dont use the good towels to dry yourself on!

As silly the woodstain makes her look, it took her 8 weeks to get like that, which is a committed effort if nothing else (26% body fat to 10%). Its gonna be made into a TV series did i read somewhere?

If you recall the comedy/action classic - Hot Shots Part Deux - Charlie Sheen went from average build actor to ripped Sly Stone look alike for the part in 5 months apparently. So 8 weeks is a good effort to change into that. Not sure why you'd want to but if you have nothing else to do with your life why not?
