Zesty 714 carbon - which Hope headset can I use??

Hi All,
I've got a 2010 Lapierre Zesty 714 carbon and for a while now the steering has felt a bit notchy and dry, well I pulled it apart at the weekend and the bottom headstock bearing is goosed.
I'm not too farmiliar with these types of headstock bearings, I think they are the integrated type and I'm trying to identify a hope bottom bearing from their pick and mix range, can anyone tell me who has already swapped for a hope headstock, is this the correct bearing I will require?
