So, I'm running an FSA gap crankset. I installed just as you should with out going mad on the torque for the preload cap etc. but it kept wobbling loose. So I applied some threadlock.

Now, when I tried to take off the crank the allen key bolt stripped. Leaving it stuck in there. I've tried all the tricks I can think of. WD40, hot water, hammering a bigger torx bolt in there, sawing a slit to try and use a screw driver in but to no avail.

Any tips or suggestions?

    angle grinder/drill/dremmel.

    thread lock was not needed.

Okay cool. A bit reluctant to drill it out but I can't think of any other way.

Providing I do get it out and fit the new one how else can I stop it wobbling out. I torqued it all correctly etc. and it came loose on the first day. The spacers are all correct etc.

    Thanks.
