Paris tours is just highlights as well from what i can glean - just like lombardy.

    B-Twin Alur 700 = Sundays and Hills
  • ES budget running down after the summer combined with the race owners asking too much for live broadcast.
  • Shame that.

Check out the 'in depth' analysis of the 2012 Olympic road race course on Sunday....its 15 minutes long!!!
  • Both have full coverage on Eurosport HD.
    Paris-Tours 2 hours from 14-15
    Lombardy 90 minutes from 14-45.

Beijing live at 7-15am each morning, Eurosport 2, then 1 for the weekend.
Full repeat most days 14-15 Eurosport 1 and HD (edited on the weekend.)
A further full repeat at 18-45 on 2 most days.

I take it there is no way to get this channel through a standard Sky setup?

I'm not about to start paying an extra tenner a month for HD when I have a 20-year-old telly, but if this is the way British Eurosport is going to start treating cycling (45 minutes? Of Lombardy!?) then I'll have to do something... obviously the UCI/Chinese government are paying for the Beijing coverage, but really, who cares?

Sky is digital (the Sky box is) so nope. You'd need an old tech analogue box.

or available occasionally s/h on ebay.

    I'm with you, Bo Bo.
Switch some cables about to my VCR to connect my 20 year old analog dish for ES (German) International.
(then rearrange them back to Cable for Digital & Brit ES)

It seems British ES are showing the Bejing (Mc Quids) race because it is on the UCI World Tour and PT is not on the callander.

So the German's know (at last) which is the more important race for Europeans.

Now I've got to catch up on the "ITALIAN" Festival of Cycling which ends with Giro Lombardy.
