Been a while since I've had 5 to do one of these and I'm likely to get beaten to it while I type, anyway, today is a momentous day for me as I will be quitting my job later woohoo

I've been given a start date for Cardiff so I shall be arriving in the principality on 9th Jan for my induction into Welsh society.

In other news I'm off to Shrewsbury, Coventry, Starbucks and Walsall today

Mornin all, just woke up, bit of a late start today, but oh well. I've finally decided today is the day I try to quit smoking, so hope that goes well.

Busy day today, I have 2 lectures... alas I fear the reason we only have 2 is because they're both hideously complex and our brains will explode after the 2nd.

Later on it's the best fresher event of the year, with lots and lots of guaranteed drunkeness and nudity in a uni with 85% women :twisted:

Yet another day of work followed by revision. But hopefully with a better nights sleep, spent too long last night waking up - trying to work out a theory & trying to get back to sleep. Knackered.

I'm not sure who to congratulate more, Gaz on his new job or Angry Bird on going to a Uni where women outnumber men by about 6:1 (which one is it? must try to sneak in :twisted: )

Anyway today will be spent doing bits 'n' pieces and hoping my new pedals turn up.

today is mostly workmeh, followed by desperately trying not to fall asleep in my meditation class. Could be tricky as I'm feeling very sleep deprived.

Currently trying to work out whether to hire a commute bike (£35 a year) or wait for the C2W scheme to launch...

Cheers peeps for your good wishes. Technically I finish my job at London Midland 2 weeks after I start the new job so got some bartering to do, hopefully I'll finish Jan 6th and move over them few days.

No house of yet, going to rent though as firstly my houser may have just slipped into negative equity and secondly it's going to cost me nearly 5 grand to switch to a buy to let mortgage so I may be stuck with it and with limited possibility to rent out (other than privately off the record). Going to house hunt in half term though.

Scary times though, it means living away from wolves for the first time apart from 6 months living in Solihull and even less friends than I have now, plus a longer drive to stalk Foxc too

Home based today, so technically back at work for the first time in weeks, so nothing changes other than my study desk being tarnished by a Dell laptop
