You're after something with Shimano 105 then ? :-)
If it helps to differentiate you can bring the Boardman down to £900 using the voucher code NUSOCT11 on-line.

could you rule out the focus since chances are you will have to buy blind? just an idea to rule one outenigma esprit

Surely you get the 30day test ride on the Focus? And, I think, Platinum discount (12%) with Bitish Cycling membership (please check)
The Boardman probably benefits from 10% on the NUS code and an additional 10% with a British Cycling discount apparently.ROAD < Scott Foil HMX Di2, Volagi Liscio Di2, Jamis Renegade Elite Di2, Cube Reaction Race > ROUGH0 -
The TCR Composite is a very nice frame, and at that discount you can't really go wrong. However, it's designed for racing, so for the same size it's a longer frame than the others for a lower riding position. At the prices you quoted I'd be choosing between the TCR and the Focus based on which riding position you prefer.0

Giant. You'll at least be able to get spares easily. Boardman means dealing with Halfords and Focus is online only (through Wiggle), so any frame components like mech hangers will need to be shipped and at times that can take weeks.
I'd sooner have a bike I can ride.0 -

I'm sorry but that strikes me as the most spurious reason I ever heard for choosing one bike over another bike. I've owned two Focus bikes over 3 years and never once had the slightest issue getting parts - especially as pretty much every wearing part is generic and, short of wrecking the frame, I can't think of any part I couldn't swap for something similar.ROAD < Scott Foil HMX Di2, Volagi Liscio Di2, Jamis Renegade Elite Di2, Cube Reaction Race > ROUGH0
