Hope Line Gisburn
Went up Gisburn Friday after work and on my first run down the hope line, hit the two table tops and then were the little double was I saw a 6-8ft step down jump in its place, rolled to the top of it to crys of "go on jump it".
The trail builders were still working on this section so we had a chat and they said they would be finished soon, so a quick lap of the top loop and back I went.
Hit the second run fast, cleared the table tops and hit the new jump cleared with ease but what a nice addition to the line. The trail builders were packing up and said I was the first to jump it. (if you get high enough watch the branches!)
Still a couple of months of completion adding more jumps etc but what a nice run it is already.
If you havn't been to Gisburn yet, get yourself up there and have a look around.

As a contrary opinion, I rode it today, great drop in options, fantastic berms but felt that the table tops, doubles etc had far too steep launches clearly aimed at gravity set rather than all comers. Would have been great with slightly better jumps a la Lee Quarry. And before anybody jumps down down my throat I've ridden Cwmcarn downhill and know how to handle a bike.0

I agree with you on the second tabletop but the others feel fine, did you manage the jump over the berm for the second drop in?
Managed to nail that this weekend.0
