Creaking and flexing!

Hi all,
I've got a Ribble new sportive, and my bike creaks from the headset and BB, the front is also very flexy, I can flex it by pushing down on the bars whilst stationary, and no matter what I seem to grease it creaks too. So I'm annoyed that it's so flexy, how can I stop that because it feels like I could snap the bars clean off it's so spongey! I use one spacer below and two above to save chopping the steerer? I'm 88 kg btw.
Also the bb creaks and sounds generally sh1t, I've stripped it before and it stopped for a bit but is now horrid again!! Is it because it's a cheap 105 one or what? The bike feels cheap and flexy at the minute and it's annoying me as although it's no superbike it was still well north of a grand and is 5 months old!
Any thoughts on fixing the above?
