mavic ksyrium elite wheel set for £200?

hi guys,

A friend of mine is selling me his set of mavic ksyrium elite (front and rear) with a spare brand new rear rim (he thinks the rear needs replacing). he is selling it it to me for £200.

is that a good deal?
