Evening,
As per the title I'm looking to buy a pair of wheels and have £600-800 to spend. These will be my first pair of aftermarket wheels and would like some advice. At this point I dont race or participate in any of the sportives but I will be looking to do so next year.
Any advice of makes of wheels or where to purchase them would be gratefully appreciated.

Your footer states you have a Cento Uno - do you mind me asking what wheels are on this bike? I have an older version which came with Fulcrum Racing Zero's. I'd never heard much about them before I got the bike and they have been a major surprise - excellent wheels in my opinion.
I suspect that yours will have a decent set of wheels fitted so the question I would put back to you is what is wrong with them/ why change.
The usual suspects for general training are Dura Ace 7900C24's; Fulcrum Racing 1's; or Mavic Ksyrium SLs - I just doubt they will offer anything you don't already have.
Beyond this you are into the more aero wheels such as Zipp 303 or 404; Dura Ace C35 or C50; Mavic Cosmic Carbone (various price points depending on weight, etc) but these tend to sit slightly above your price band.
More questions than answers I'm afraid but it would be helpful if you advise on the wheels you currently have and the type of cycling you intend to focus on in the coming year - distance, terrain, etc.
