Which Specialized Sirrus is worth it?

Hi folks
Getting my first proper bike on the cycle to work scheme. Got a 25K round trip commute. Been looking at the Sirrus and just wondering which model is best? I'm considering the elite and comp, for the faster 28 tyres. Is the Comp worth the extra £200 do you reckon? Main diffs seem to be:
Elite: Shimano Acera / Alivio Derailleurs vs Comp Shimano SRAM
Elite: Alloy Linear Pull brakes vs Comp Tektra
Elite: 3x9 gears Comp: 2x 10 gears.
Any views from the experts much appreciated!

I've got the Sirrus Elite 2011, it is a great frame but the cheap components Specialized used to get it down to the price point don't do it justice. My advice would be definitely get the higher spec model if you can afford it. I've found myself spending money on upgrades anyway.0
