A Days Tour Of London - Suggestions Please

I'm considering coming down to London with a group from work a doing a days tour of London. It'll be a Sunday and we'll bring the bikes down from the frozen north on the train, complete a tour of between 50 and 100 miles before getting the train home again.
We'll get a nice social society subsidy and wondered if anyone could suggest a guide service. A one man band or a small cycle tour company would be great, there are a few on the net but they are generally for gentle tourist rides.
Cheers.

I am certainly no authority on trips around London, but riding bikes there has really help me appreciate the city in a new way.
Here is a trip I logged from a friends house, which takes in the Lea Valley down past the Olympic Stadium, down through the Docklands, Thames Barrier, Isle of Dogs and across the river on the Greenwich Footbridge into Greenwich along the South Bank and back north.
I really like East London and looking at the vestiges of the cities industrial heritage and Greenwich is fantastic.
