Right! finishing work at 12, bikes in the truck, gisburn forest by 1, thrashed and knacked by 2, jumps and drops for a good hour, home for 4, beer, beer, beer, reflect on the day.

sounds like an amazing plan. im at work at 12 until 9pm
the joys of been a chef. but i had a cracking day on wednesday doing some little down hill runs at delamere and a play on the 4x track. sun was shining and been in the woods was great.

And where exactly to Bristolians it the bikes?
When I was there Leigh Woods was the only place real local and that didn't impress me much. I ended up venturing out to the Forest of Dean, which is also quite bland and Swinley Forest, which although ungraded, makes for a good ride as it's quite big and has lots little trails in the woods to be explored.0
