putting campag on a bike

i have just bought a bike that has daytona 10 speed shifters , campag what ever moves the chain across the crank set , which is a nice looking part fixed to the frame with campagnola stamped on it , , but it has a token carbon crank set , i would like to restore it to a full campag , can i just buy the bits ie a veloce crank set or is a token crank set ok to have on the bike ? it just looks a bit out of sorts on the bike ,
the bike is around 13 years old so can i just fit any bits on or willl i have to have what was on originally , the bike is all aluminium ,

    maybe i'm confusing the topic here , the bike has daytona 10 speed shifters on it , the 2001 metal ones , can i put new veloce or centaur parts like a derailer and crank set on with these and they willl all work

    The cranset will be fine to change. if your rear mech is campag then you can change everything to campag without a problem.
