Decisions decisions.

This http://www.pugh-auctions.com/Lot/Leeds/20111018/157 because I will own a huge soon to be disused radio tower for peanuts and be the only person I know who's got one, bragging rights x 1000000.

My wife has temporarily stopped talking to me

for that you can go for both if you're getting the bike in C2W.

Jake pit in a bid for HMS Exeter when it came up for sale on MOD disposals, he was only outbid by £100k. Somehow I couldn't see us fitting that one in the back garden so I was relieved

If the tenant was going to remain in ocupation then the land is a sure fire win!

However as this is not the case I would advise getting the bike (however according the the website not avalible for sale in UK)

It will be very tiring commuting to work on a commercial radio tower, let alone uncomfortable.

Would be kind of amusing to buy. However I fear the tower may become a liability in the future unless you can get someone to buy it for scrap.

Or you could start a pirate radio station. I've got an old FM transmitter at home you could buy off me...
FCN 3: Raleigh Record Ace fixie-to be resurrected sometime in the future
    FCN 4: Planet X Schmaffenschmack 2- workhorse
FCN 9: B Twin Vitamin - winter commuter/loan bike for trainees

    I'm hungry. I'm always hungry!

Ooh I want the tower! Bit far from me though....... but how much fun!

To my.eternal regret I didn't have access to enough money in 1989ish when I had a chance to buy a shot tower on the Thames for about 50K. It was in a shitty east London location - gawd knows what it would be worth today....
FCN 5 belt driven fixie for city bits
CAADX 105 beastie for bumpy bits
    Litespeed L3 for Strava bits

Smoke me a kipper, I'll be back for breakfast.

tell you wife that a 1 and a half bed flat equalling 557sqft in finchley costs £285,000 so you are in fact getting a bargain at £1000
