Greatest Mountain Bike of All Time

So.........

The greatest mountain bike?

Technically the best riding?
The most influence?
The most expensive?
Most Race Wins?

I would say, in no particular order.

Pace RC 200. Hardcore & uncomprimising
Cove Stiffee. Single track rocket
1995 GT LTS. The first suspension bike that truly worked
1997 Marin Mount Vision. Convinced everyone that suspension worked.

So if I have chosen these, for the reasons mentioned, why do I have no current models (except maybe the Stiffee, but thats old really) Are they all variations on a theme, and improvements rather than giant leaps forward?

    Wasnt there a Titanium version as well? Xixang, maybe?

    Will I be assassinated for suggesting the Stumpy?

    It supposedly brought slightly less expensive mountain biking to a slightly wider field and kind of continued form there. It is still in production and for my needs its the best compromise.

    All I will say is HOW MUCH are the 2012 models?
