Google Mail and CRC

I've recently had to change my e-mail account as my ISP was bought out by a rival. The new e-mail is actually google mail behind all the ISP branding.
I've been slowly changing all my accounts with online retailers to the new e-mail address but have noticed that I non't get any of the order confirmation or dispatch e-mails for my purchases from CRC. Quickly looking back through my account, it doesn't look like I've had any promotional e-mail from CRC either.
I have received some e-mails directy from their customer service when there was some confusion over an order that I had placed but the auto generated stuff is getting lost in the ether.
I have checked the junk folder and that is empty and I have also set *@chainreactioncycles.com to 'never send to junk mail' in my user preferences.
Has anyone else had similar experiences and if so, did you manage to solve it?
