  • Hi, i'm looking for a trim colour for my cube. I plan on taking the purple skewers off as they don't really match. The trim colour is going to be on floating rotors, skewers, grip lockrings, stickers on the forks, valve caps, air valve cap on the fork and maybe the bolts on the downtube. What colour do you guys recommend? I just can't make up my mind!

  • Mate love the cubes -and the MTB's are considered blingy anyway so dont overdo it too much matey..

Cube ltd race 2011.....enjoying the grt outdoors no matter the weather (except snow I just can't move in the snow)!
  • Well first thing is that you've got the wrong colour fork. Black for on a white/blue bike, looks naff.
  • I actually thought the opposite, when it had a white fork it made the bike look almost like a toy. I went for black so I could get the contrast and have just the frame white, but each to his own I guess!

I think i'm going to go with black floating rotors and blue trim features. I was thinking blue rotor bolts on the black rotor would look ace until I saw the price for 12...

  • i'm with you on the white frame, black forks. White and white would be overkill and the chances of the two whites matching up would be slim, hence meganaff.

Looks good. next stop a streamlined bottle cage (or better still a camelbak so you can remove the bottle cage altogether!)
