Beginners course at Cannock Chase

Hi all, I'm after some advice on MTB courses at Cannock Chase.
I've been away from MTBing for 6/7 years after a 20 stitch accident that knocked my confidence for six. Early this year, I dug my bike out again and have been riding mainly through Sutton Park to build up my fitness and confidence again.
Having just pulled the trigger on a 2011 Rockhopper Comp, I thought that a beginners course over at the Chase wouldn't hurt to refresh my skills and blow out the cobwebs.
Which course runner would any of you recommend? I can see a few of them at the chase, with varying costs and naturally, I don't want to waste my money on something that will be a waste of time.
Any advice or experience you could share would be gratefully received.
Many thanks

Sent a PM because I'm not sure if recommending any one in particular counts as advertising.Steve C0

They are one of the ones that keep coming up in my Google searches and I am beginning to hear more about them than any of the others.
Thanks to those that have commented so far.0
