Any thoughts on which bike to buy/any experience of usage at the £2k mark? The Cannon and Storck have both been bike of the year in 2010 an 2011 which is generally nuff said but the Bdman has a better spec. Also, has anybody looked at bikes in this price bracket and gone for something completly different; if so why? Cheers.

Look online for a Scott Addict R2, cracking bike and can be had for 2K now.Cervelo S5 Team 2012

If those 3 are the limit of your thought process then i'd go with the Dale. The Boardman may have a better spec but its a poor quality frame. The Storck won bike of the year but shimano 105 and average wheels made it a flawed comparison. I've never seen a cannondale dealer yet that won't let you test ride as well. It may help if you post what you are riding at the moment to compare.I'm sorry you don't believe in miracles0

Thankfully there are not that many places that sell Storck. My advice would be to find a dealer and go test ride one. The Scenero frame is superb and a real pleasure to ride.0
