Etape Cymru tyres

Am doing the Etape Cymru in october and after reading the article in Cycling Plus i am unsure which tyres to put on. Was going to ride 23's but now thinking 25's, what do you think?

    What did the article say ? I've ridden all round there on 23mms with no bother.

    I seem to recall it references an off-road (non tarmac) section towards the start of the route? I dont think it stated how long it was.
