As i have not riden in a long time, i got on my bike and noticed the rear shock was at the bottom of its travel, although it did rebound to a normal level when i got off.

I tried to inflate it hoping it was just low on air pressure, but the same thing happened. So i thought i would have a go at replacing the seals.

Everything looked normal, with no obvious signs of wear. The seals were replaced and everything went back together as i would expect, no issues. It was fitted to the bike and inflated, moving up its travel and looking quite healthy. Until i got on. The shock now sinks to the bottom of its travel and remains there, it doesnt seem to even want to extend as it did before i replaced the seals.

Is there anything that can be done to the inner damper mechanism to try and get it working, or is it just past it and worth a new shocker?
