I think the real question is how many rooms in your house can you convert into walk-in wardrobes.

I had to rearrange my drawers on sunday as my kit is bulging out and I had no room to put new things in

The real question is have I got enough.

One Gore tights, one Gore very cold bibtights, one lighter Mavic bibtights

Three 120gsm base layers and one 200gsm

    Five merino tops

    One Giordano Silverline jacket

    One Endura Venturi jacket

    One Altura Nightvision overtrousers

Is that overkill to last the winter season?

Maybe. I've got about five pairs of bibtights but two of those don't venture on the commute.

TBH for all but a couple of weeks of deepest winter I get by with bibs and legwarmers. I very rarely wear jackets. Again, most of the winter it's SS top, base + armwarmers.

I have a very many bibshorts, baselayers and ss jersies

    Sheesh!
    2 pairs of baggies (summer)
1 pair of 3/4 length baggies (winter)
2 base layers to use as such
    1 softshell
2 base layer T's for summer use (on top).
    1 pair mitts
    1 pair long fingered gloves
    1 Muff

That's all I have for commuting.
Bibs for commuting - no thanks!
