Why have you picked Armstrong out of the four names quoted then?
Menchov has 3 GTs, a podium in Paris and was instrumental on helping Cobo to the Vuelta this year.

Armstrong? Article says he isn't under investigation.
Moray's LA radar is on too sensitive a setting again.
Much more about the Menchov millions, Scarponi and others. A couple of whom are named in a few more bits and pieces, here:

Menchov hasn't though, nor has Scarponi. Doesn't look like Ferarri has either.Warning No formatter is installed for the format0 -

Perhaps we should just ignore the fact that LA is currently being investigated with a view to possible criminal prosecution, in a case where some very big names in cycling - past and present - may be called to testify? Perhaps we should ignore that the investigation may point back to corruption in the heart of the UCI, or that current riders, team directors and staff may be drawn in?
Whatever happens with the LA investigation is going to have an impact on cycling, possibly a huge one. It isn't about whether one man doped or not, it's about the network that allowed/helped him to. That network may well still be alive and kicking - as the Italians are investigating. LA is a piece of the puzzle, and a fairly large one at that, but this is far bigger than him.Warning No formatter is installed for the format0 -
It's the amount that concerns me.
Over $3 million sounds like a heck of a lot of "product" for one man.
Either we have Menchov as the bag man for systematic doping,
or as a dealer middle man.

Or alternatively this could end up like a lot of these things tend to do , that is peter out to nothing but rumour and innuendo. To a lot in here these stories are more to their taste than the actual racing itself.Gasping - but somehow still alive !0 -
