£500 Wheelset

I am thinking of upgrading my 2005 Bontrager Race Lites for a set of Campag Neutron Ultras on an Colnago Ace.

Will I benefit from this upgrade and are there other option whithin this price bracket I should consider.

    Is that a yes to the benefit or others to consider?

    I guess my post prompted an obvious answer - of course there will be benefits to a modern £500 + wheel set will vs a 6 yr old £300 set.

    What I'm aiming at is to understand how significant this benefit would be?

    How about the Bontrager race x lites? Evans do front + back for £380. They spin up faster and hill climbing is easier than the 2005 Bontrager select wheels I also have.
