Combination GPS Systems

Hi,

Just logged onto this as I have been reading reviews from here for a while, but always found the answers before I had to put my own question up. It was a review from here that convinced me to go for a good deal on a Moda Stretto this March, my first entry into road biking and I've had an awesome summer out of it so far, so cheers!

My question though is this:

What options do I have for a good high end gps system that will give me run and bike data? I just did the Great North Run and a mate had a old Garmin forerunner. The pace times were a fantastic help. I currently have a Strada Cadence on the bike. If I'm going to upgrade, is there a system that will give me pace, heart rate, distance and elevation on the run as well as the additional cadence, average/top speed, splits etc for the bike? I know where I'm going so I don't need a map, (besides if I do get lost, I'll lie and say I meant to go that way). Wrist and bike mounted ideally as no one likes cycling with something on the wrist.

Any opinions will be greatly appreciated.

Cheers in advance!
