GC now has a course-planning function that seems to work ok, apart from sending you round roundabouts the wrong way round.

I gave up on GC in disgust a couple of years ago, but it looking at it again now it seems to have come on a long way since then.
The competition still has bits and pieces that GC doesn't have but it's pretty clear which way the wind's blowing.

Sounds promising, other than the fact that I just get a 'loading' message when I try to create a route.......

I like the prediction of elevation on the route like you get with other offerings - but interesting to watch how they develop such features.
