It's a guy called Giuliano Calore. My sister was talking about him when she was over in the summer. He rides around Padova on a bike with no handlebars and no brakes. Quite a character by all accounts. Holds various recorder including cycling up the Stelvio pass on a bike with no handlebars using only one leg. Also up and back down the Stelvio whilst playing 4 different musical instruments in rotation.

    There is a guy who rides around leicester on a bmx with no front wheel or forks, with the bars welded to the head tube. Rides miles like that!
