Tour of Britain - Final Stage photos
Took loads of photos at the Tour of Britain - we were 75 yards from the winning line.
http://everygramcounts.blogspot.com/ You can see how far back Cav was with 50 yards to go. INCREDIBLE finish!

Yes, a Nikkon D80. I'm a cameraman so it was nice doing stills rather than video.Getting slower as I get older, but getting faster the more I cycle.0 -

Wow you nearly got an amazing shot of Cavendish on full tilt! Shame it was a bit dark for your camera. Shame I mixed up Cav and Renshaw.Getting slower as I get older, but getting faster the more I cycle.0 -

Yeah conditions weren't perfect...I usually shoot still objects...that's a small crop (about 1.5MP) out of 18MP...used a wide angle lens as I was shooting blind with my hand sticking out and my 6 yr old on my shoulders holding the umbrella...so 2000iso @ f6.3 & 1/250th...still I'm happy I actually caught something:-)0 -
No fancy DSLR's and lenses for me. Just useing my camera phone. In focus and the action frozen
