Watched the highlights this morning, Cav made up a huge amount of ground to win yesterday, really quite impressive.

If he has the luck and endurance to last 250km+ then i can't see anyone else beating him in a sprint at Copenhagen.

Great photos. Love the setting of the circuit race with so many landmarks on it. Hope that can become a regular thing for the final stage of the ToB.

It has been for a few years apart from last year when they had the misfortune to be running it the same weekend as the pope was in town and the police weren't happy with two major events happening in central London on the same day. The Catholic Church obviously has more money and so the Tour of Britain was packed off to a nondescript dual carriageway near London City airport.

The central London course really is fab and as a backdrop to a crit/TT probably the only better location is that smelly place with the funny looking tower, no not Blackpool.
