Leather saddle care

I have a Ritchey Stream leather saddle and am unsure whether it needs to be treated with anything to prolong its life or keep it soft. Is it worth applying any leather products to it or are the benefits only slight. Its only a year old and seems in pretty good shape to me.

I had a leather saddle for years and it never needed anything at all doing to it.

These are a different design to Brookes leather, which you should not ride when wet (this can stretch the leather), as long as your's is supported underneath I wouldn't worry.
