Evening,
Apart from Addiscombe CC, what other road clubs are there in SE London? I believe there's one in or around Crystal Palace but I can't find it for the life of me.
Any help gratefully received.

Hi,
Take a look on the following url http://www.southeastcycling.co.uk/southeastclubs.htm where there is a long list (2-3 pages) with associated web sites etc. The coverage is SE england but it has most of teh SE London clubs in.
I am a member of Woolwich Cycling Club and we meet for sunday club runs at Danson Park in Bexleyheath. Another club that sounds local to you is Big Foot Cycles that meet out of Hayes..
Have fun, try some out as most offer the chance to ride with them for a few weeks before deciding whether to join.0 -
Bigfoot are on teh following url http://www.bigfootcc.co.uk/0

Try Old Portlians CC based Bromley/West Wickham www.oldportlianscc.co.uk
A very friendly bunch0 -
If you don't mind looking like a Fruit Salad wrapping paper
there's always the Catford Cycling Club http://www.catfordcc.co.uk/
There's a guy who I kept on crossing in various parts of outer SE London who consistently blanked me. I don't know what the rest are like - probably the life and soul of the peloton.0 -

As a Bigfoot member I can recommend it!
Really friendly club with riding for all levels.
Great routes are plotted each week and there is a very nice cafe at the end.
Also weekends away riding always being arranged.0 -
Dulwich Paragon are a decent bunch. Pretty active in racing and convenient club runs on Saturday mornings and evening rides midweek. They ride out of Herne Hill velodrome at the moment, stopping off at Elmers End on the way into the Kent lanes.0
