Campagnolo wheels cassette Lock Ring

Why is it published when buying Campagnolo Wheels that they do not come with Cassette lock rings? Do any wheels come with said beasty???? Or am I missing something, the reason I ask is that I have just lost out on a set of Zondas from the wife, she paused when reading that statement. Now the urge has passed her, bugger!
