Ebay/Paypal - warning

Just a warning about ebay sales through paypal. It seems that they are applying a payment hold on funds received for 21 days after the sale! They have done it to me twice now, despite that I have 100% feedback etc.
Outrageous IMHO. It is my money, they are refusing me access to it, just in case there are any problems with the transaction. You can get the money sooner if the buyer leaves feedback basically. So as the seller you are at the whim of the buyer.
Sellers beware. I WILL NOT be using fleabay ever again.

They have been doing this for at least a year now and I have had it done to me once.
Probably why I don't use eBay much these daysSummer - Dolan Tuono with Sram Force and Dura-Ace 7850 CL Carbon wheels
Winter - old faithful Ribble winter bike

They've done that for a while. It is usually put on your account if you have a sharp rise in income or sell electronics. Just read the T&C's it's all in there.0

Also new sellers (like me) have the same problem. It's a bit of a pain as I dont know when I will no-longer be a "new seller".
If you put a recorded delivery tracking number into the site, it releases the funds sooner. otherwise you just have to wait for positive feedback / 21 days.
seems like as a seller on eBay you are at a huge disadvantage to the buyer, especially with regard to complaints etc.0
