TdF predictions

A couple of years I saw a site that had rumours and predictions for the following years TdF route, but I'm buggered if I can remember what it was called.
Anyone help me with this?

Dunno, but my prediction is that Chris Boardman will finish outside of the top 150.

This was the old paris.thover.com website and they seem to have a good record with their predictions ahead of the TDF route being announced in October.

Thanks for that, I'd heard a rumour that there might be an ITT on the Tourmalet but according to the website probably not
