Red sky in morning... barn on fire!

Out for a ride tonight in the dark, and could see a huge fire - thought it was the local country house. Managed to ride a bit closer, was a barn! Lit the whole sky up. Kept me warm lol.

Did the emergency services arrive, or did it just burn itself out?

We had the strong winds earlier in the day, but had died down by then.
Was a hay barn, was well lit by the time I got there. Fire services had arrived, and shut the lane off: so I went on the public footpath that runs behind and took them from about 200 yards away.0 -

Lol, they didn't seem to be doing much. I could have pissed with more force than those hoses. They seemed more intent on marcing up and down the lane.0
