Tyre Mounting Issue

I've just replaced a tube on my wheels and I'm struggling to get the tyre mounted correctly.
I'm running 2.1 WTB Wolverines on WTB Speed TCS rims (tubeless compatible).
Looking at the photos below which part is correct? With the line sticking out (by the WTB logo) or with the line hidden?
What is the best way to get them seated correctly?
