Actually really enjoyed it.... Was out doing a final training run before an event in 2 weeks, jjust some gentle gym stuff to do now
Little bit damp at times, but nothing major and nothing sustained
I was trying to concentrate on keeping the pace down a bit and the heart rate down and also hydrating as much as possible as it's something i often forget/do badly.

On this occasion i took the car to my mates in Reading, we got the train to Chippenham. We've also done it getting the train from Didcot.
It's 50 miles exactly to where the Ridgeway crosses the A34 (just down from Didcot), about 47 to Harwell.Salsa Spearfish 29er
