Long story short
My PX bike has gone back and I have asked for a "Refund" as it was purchased on C2W they said that after "inspection" they may be willing to refund a credit to my account.
because the bike was in such a state and Im not over confidence about the customer service provided either, does anyone know if PX allow you to buy a frame only on a C2W voucher? I know there website says not, but they have to say that in public has anyone managed to do a frame only purchase on said voucher ?

What was the problem with the bike? Don't know the answer to your question I'm afraid, the official answer is no but who knows...- Genesis Croix de Fer

Just ask them I reckon, they're pretty approachable and open about that kind of stuff.0

And I would just ask them, they're pretty helpful, at worst they'll just say no.
Also, which bike was it? I was thinking of getting an Uncle John.
I wish they'd hurry up and make a disc brake version of the UJ... Don't make me get a Croix de Fer...0 -

I really like the white and brown combination of the Croix de Fer. Paying £1100 for full Tiagra just seems rude though.- Genesis Croix de Fer

Ahh that makes sense.
I don't need one at all, (not even a little bit) But I'm still tempted by that kaffenback.
I could build a suped frankenbike by stitching parts of my other two bikes to it *strokes chin*Saracen Tenet 3 - 2015 - Dead - Replaced with a Hack Frame

Maybe they'd build up a Kaffenback at Uncle John ish prices (plus more for discs)? Worth an ask. Although we still haven't found out what bike/part Gaz had a problem with.- Genesis Croix de Fer
