RS Monarch 3.3 tuning

I have a 190x51 D3 tune Monarch 3.3 on my '03/04 Patriot FR which for my bikes leverage ratio is wrong, it should be B or C tune.
How is the tune altered on these shocks?
To get sag of 25-30% I have to pressurise the air can to around 270psi, the max stated on the air can is 275psi.
Would adding more pressure to the IFP (Nitrogen port) reduce the amount of air I need to add to the air can to get the correct sag and make the shock work better?

No, the IFP is part of the damper.
Your best bet is to send it away to be tuned. Here you can get it to how you want it. There is no 'correct' tune really.0
